Officer - Field Sales - Real Estate (1-4 yrs)
- Responsible for generating revenue through given sales leads.
- Calling prospective leads that are generated by internal/external sources .
- Actively interact with and activate channel partners
- Briefing the customers on project USPs thoroughly and having end to end discussion regarding our project.
- Addressing needs & concerns to fulfil buyer's expectations.
- Scheduling and conducting regular meetings with the Customers/Clients.
- Follow Up with Clients for Site Visits & bookings.
- Maintaining good relation with developer's sale team.
- Work with the team to ensure optimum sales velocity
