Officer - Field Sales - Modern Trade Vertical (4-8 yrs)
Location - Bangalore
Role - Field Sales - Modern Trade
Qualifications - Graduate or MBA degree in Sales or Marketing
Key responsibilities :
1. Drive Secondary sales target through regular interactions with key retail chains in assigned territory
2. Systematically analyse various data & reports available in the system to derive insights and drive plan of action
3. Ensure superior in store execution by driving key metrics on assortment, share of shelf
4. Ensure superior service to the retail chains by ensuring on time replenishment (fill rates)
5. Ensure timely configuration of promos and schemes on Distributor Management System
6. Incrementally increase aided store (stores with associates allocated) performance by continuously monitoring and coaching the in store merchandisers/promoters
