Field Officer (Loans)
Essential skills :

4. Able to work individually to initiate and complete tasks.
5. Must possess Digital Skills such as MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.), Google mails and knowledge of Collaborative Video tools such as Skype, Google Meet, etc.)
Job Responsibilities :
1. Required 3 to 5 years experience in Banking/Finance Sectors.
2. Experienced in Loan division especially in SME Loans and Credits.
3. From Financial Education background is preferred.
4. Organize workshops for counseled entrepreneurs.
5. Collect all documents from the potential entrepreneurs and help them to complete this process.
6. Conduct Site Verification visits and organize technical evaluations of Prospective entrepreneurs.
7. Guide and coordinate for financials of the potential entrepreneurs with Auditors to complete CIBIL process.
8. Complete summary first draft and submit to Finance Officer, arrange for 2 Internal Selection Panel /month.
9. Recommend list of sanctioned cases to stage 3 for mentor allocation.
10. Prepare/collect minutes of first meetings and attach with proposals to ensure smoother approvals.
11. Maintain MIS from workshop to disbursal and SSC collection.
12. Monitor SSC receipts and follow up on defaults based on red flag raised by stage 3 and MIS received from banks.
13. Record and document all follow-up meetings with entrepreneurs with reference to defaults / NPA's.
