Job Summary :
We are seeking motivated Field Sales Executives to drive sales and achieve targets by identifying potential customers, educating them about our insurance products, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Present and demonstrate insurance products to potential customers.
- Provide tailored insurance solutions based on customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Submit regular sales reports to management.
- Attend sales training programs to enhance skills.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
