Officer - Field Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monthly and weekly sales goals that need to be met. There will be team goals in addition to personal ones.
- Bring in new business, make sure that current clients are well taken care of, and make fresh bids and offers.
- You will be expected to determine and draft sales proposals that meet both individual and team sales goals and the needs of the customer in this sales position.
- You'll be required to compile statistical reports every week or month that contrast the goals that were set with the ones that were attained.
