Officer - Field Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Sales Officer to join our team in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive product adoption
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 2-4 years experience in field sales or an equivalent role is necessary
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to close deals
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
