Officer - Field Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- To develop the insurance business in the assigned area by supporting the Sales Team.
- Strategic planning for insurance product business development in coordination with the region's Sales head.
- Training of the sales team and advisors on Products, Processes, and Policies as defined by Head office.
- Relationship building with insurance companies and liaisoning for activity management.
- Review of the Sales team on insurance product Sales.
- Activity Planning, Execution, and overall management
