- Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join the beverage company. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling beverage products to customers in assigned territories. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a passion for building and maintaining relationships with customers. This role requires frequent travel and interaction with various stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and consumers.
The Job :
- As Field Sales/Sales Officer, you will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share for beverage products in the assigned territory. You will also identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and acquiring new customers in the territory.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Conduct regular visits to existing and potential customers (retailers, supermarkets, cafes, etc.) to promote products, generate sales, and build strong business relationships.
- Conduct product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations to educate customers about our beverage offerings and increase product awareness.
- Provide product training and support to retail staff to ensure they have a thorough understanding of our products and can effectively promote them to consumers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and potential risks.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market intelligence, and sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and distributors to coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance analyses to management.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.
Ideal Candidate :
- You must have at least 1 year's experience in FMCG Sales.
- You must be willing to travel within Noida.
