Responsibilities and Duties :
- Visit / approach apartments daily
- Connect to association / member & present company services
- Follow up & arrange meeting & demos
- Create demand & convert leads into conversions
- Update work with correct data
- Fulfill the business need as per your assignments
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Experience in field sales / Marketing
- Knowledge about market & customer behavior
- Good presentation & communication
- Fluent in English / Hindi
- Adopt new environment
