Officer - Field Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Our company is seeking for field sales officer who will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in a designated territory, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth!
Responsibilities :
- Building and maintaining long-term relations with customers.
- Recruiting and training Sales Consultants, Sales Representatives , and other team members.
- Addressing any customer queries and guiding them with their purchasing decisions.
Candidate requirements :
- 2+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance/BFSI
- Any graduate/post graduate
- Any local candidate
- Age : 21 - 38 years
