Officer - Field Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
- Set and Monitor Team Sales Goals
- Meet Personal Sales Goals
- Conduct market research.
- Oversee financial advisor and their teams
- Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
- Doing Performance Review of your Advisors.
- Contact customers to sell multiple types of insurance policies
Candidate Requirement :
- Qualification: Any graduate
- Experience: Min 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA+ Incentives+ Other Benefits
- The candidate must be local of the same city
