Officer - Field Sales - BFSI (2-10 yrs)
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Relationship Manager in the Sales field to oversee and expand a portfolio of clients, drive sales growth, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, nurture, and enhance relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, offering advice, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Arrange and participate in client meetings to present products/services, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Create customized sales proposals and pricing plans based on client requirements.
- Evaluate client feedback and market trends to adjust sales strategies effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, client management, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients.
- A solid understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and business development.
- CTC Package upto:3.20LPA.
