Officer - Field Sales - BFSI (1-3 yrs)
Summary :
The Field Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales of banking products and services through direct customer interactions in the field. This role involves building relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Customer Engagement : Conduct meetings and presentations to potential clients.
- Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Market Research : Analyze local market trends and competitor offerings.
- Promotional Activities : Participate in promotional events to enhance product visibility.
- Documentation : Ensure accurate completion of all sales documentation.
- Reporting : Submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services (Freshers can also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Age limit 21 to 32.
