Officer - Field Sales - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
A Field Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling services through team leader. They work directly with agency partners to expand sales, build strong relationships, and ensure the success of sales activities in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
- Drive sales through field visits and by supporting agency partners.
- Monitor and achieve sales for assigned regions.
- Provide sales knowledge and training to agency partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Experience in field sales (1-2 years).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
