Experience - Freshers or 1+ years
Location - Chennai ( Onsite)
Mandatory Skills - Sales, Field Sales, 2-wheeler, and Driving license Mandatory.
Educational Criteria - Any (12th, Graduation , Post Graduation)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Sales and Business Development :
- Achieve Sales Targets : Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Generate Leads : Identify and prospect new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- Market Penetration : Expand the company's presence in the market through effective outreach and sales strategies.
2. Client Relationship Management :
- Build Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Customer Service : Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Client Retention : Implement strategies to retain and grow existing customer accounts.
3. Sales Presentations and Negotiations :
- Present Products/Services: Demonstrate and present company products or services to clients.
- Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with clients to close deals effectively.
4. Market Analysis :
- Market Research : Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from clients and market insights to inform product development and sales strategies.
5. Reporting and Documentation :
- Sales Reporting : Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity logs, sales progress, and forecasts.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
6. Coordination and Communication :
- Internal Coordination : Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to align sales efforts and address client needs.
- Team Meetings : Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events as required.
7. Territory Management :
- Territory Planning : Manage and organize a sales territory efficiently to maximize coverage and opportunities.
- Travel : Travel within the designated territory to meet clients, attend events, and conduct sales activities.
8. Compliance and Ethics :
- Adhere to Policies : Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines in all sales activities.
