Officer - Field Sales - BFS (0-3 yrs)
The Field Sales Officer will collaborate closely with the sales team, management, and other departments to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and outreach.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by presenting, promoting, and selling products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system Handle customer concerns, issues, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Qualifications :
- Graduation In any field
- 6 Moths to 3 Years experience in field Sales
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
