Officer - Field Sales - Banking (1-2 yrs)
Job Overview :
The Sales Field Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling the bank's financial products, including loans, credit cards, and savings accounts. This role involves extensive fieldwork, client interaction, and relationship management to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct field visits to identify potential clients and sell banking products.
- Develop a strong understanding of the bank's products, services, and target market.
- Build relationships with customers to meet their financial needs.
- Continue to expand and manage a clientele by cross-selling different banking products.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned.
- Collect customer feedback and market trends to inform the sales strategy.
- Ensure all documentation related to sales is accurate and complete.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and conduct outdoor sales.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain positive relationships.
- Knowledge of local markets is an advantage.
