Officer - Field Sales - Bank (1-2 yrs)
- We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Liability Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and generate revenue by promoting and selling CASA products to potential clients.
Responsibilities :
- Focus on the Banks Liability products (CASA).
- Meet the no. of accounts, productivity and CASA targets for retail liabilities, wealth management & Cross-sell.
- Acquisition of Retail FD's for Bank.
- Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from branch catchment area.
- Generate leads for new business and customers.
- Selling the cross product like insurance, loan, FD,MR.
- Contacting existing customers for more deposits and cross-selling more products.
- To sell the banking products
- Conducting marketing activities
Required Candidate profile:
- Education: Graduation.
- Age Limit: 21 to 31 Years.
- 1- 2 year experience.
- Good communication.
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skill.
