Position : Executive Sales Officer - Retail Liability Banking
Location : Surat, Vadodara, Bharuch ,Navsari, vapi
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the retail liability segment.
- Identify and acquire new customers for various liability products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the BFSI domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during sales activities.
Requirements :
- 1 to 4 years of experience in core field sales and marketing within the BFSI domain.
- Completed graduation in any discipline.
- Strong understanding of retail banking products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering value.
