Roles and Responsibilities :
- Work in collaboration with the sales team to develop strategies.
- Implement brand strategies to make sure a consistent marketing message is conveyed.
- Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting as well as feedback.
- Build a sound relationship with the sales representatives to influence the target groups in the decision-making process.
- Monitor as well as analyze the market conditions to identify the competitive advantages.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 to 4 years of work experience in Field sales & marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
