Officer - Customer Support - Career Counselling Services (0-1 yrs)
Job Title : Customer Support Officer
- The ideal candidate for this role is that you are a proven sales performer or an enthusiastic person who can adept in direct-to-consumer consultative sales.
- Individual with outstanding communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills.
Responsibilities :
- Planning and managing Career counselling sessions.
- Converting leads from digital marketing to successful student enrolment
- Team building and management
- Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how we can catalyze their career.
- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you.
- This includes making phone, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads
- Carrying weekly enrolment/revenue and delivery target
- Maintaining data and reports on a daily basis.
