Role Description
- Calling the prospect and understanding their queries.
- Profiling the prospect and follow with them for documents and communicating through various channels via whatsapp/email/sms and in- bound calling.
- Satisfying customer needs.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year share market experience required.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English and/or any local languages used in Mumbai
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a preference
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
