Job Description :
- Out calling 100% base allocated
- RPC should be 85 and above
- Quality should be 90% and above
- Proficiency in vernacular language
- Ensure 8 hours of productive login hours
- Adhere to the shift timings
- Resolve/Forward the customer's complaints/Concerns
- Assist less experienced CROs wherever necessary
- Capture 100% interaction details in CRM
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility.
- Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need, lifestyle & spending power.
- Explaining the customers about the benefits and offers related to the products.
- Verify customer details and guide them through the application gateway.
- Maintain amicable conversation throughout the call and build customer delight.
