Job Description -
1) Position - Customer Relationship Officer
2) Company - IT Firm.
3) Experience - 1 - 5 Years.
4) Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
5) Location - Ahmedabad and Pune.
6) Responsibility -
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- To Handle 100+ Existing Customer Business.
- Demonstration of Products to Existing/New Customers and client support.
- Monitoring Revenue & Payment collection.
- Regular Calls to Existing Clients for Business Relations & to increase revenue.
- Cross Sales to existing clients.
- Visit to Existing Clients (Local and Pan India).
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Maintaining the traffic of the various services provided.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Understanding of SaaS platforms, and technical know-how will be an added advantage.
7) Skills -
