- We are looking out for Customer relationship officer for our client offices in Mumbai and Raipur locations

1) Client - Leading food processing company

2) Role- Customer relationship officer

3) Location- Mumbai/Raipur

4) Experience- 3- 8 years in any customer service/CRM/Similar role

5) Salary- 5-8lpa

Their will be paid training in Raipur for almost 6 months , boarding (food and accommodation) will be provided.

Key Responsbilities :

- Responsible for achieving Sales target on bringing new customers on board & maximizing the revenue of Sales.

- Responsible for updating the Sales Calls/Sales Lead in Sales Module

- Maintain Inquiry log on day-to-day basis with proper & accurate feedback.

- Maintain good business relationship with our valuable Customers, Sales persons, other departments.

- Need to prepare Know Your Customer (KYC) documents for the region allotted.

- Need to prepare the market report

- Post Shipping & pre-shipping (KYC) documents approval from the Sales Manager for smooth transition of the business.

- Handling all Customer service-related responsibilities & escalation to Sales Manager/HOD's/BM

- Development of Marketing Materials/Sales Presentations to support sales and customers

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to help Sales deliver customer requests

- Responsible for preparing new prospective customer list and making cold calling accordingly.

- Required to submit Daily MIS report to the CRM Sales.

- Organize video conference calls as needed by the sales team

- Responsible to prepare minutes of meeting of each sales meeting

- Responsible for preparing exhibition list and related work.

- Any other work given by the Management from time to time.

Educational Qualifications and Certification Required :

- Any graduate from any stream.

Relevant and Total Years of Experience :

- 03 to 08 years of experience in relevant profile

- CTC - 40-60k pm

- Minimum 6months training in Raipur
