Officer - Customer Happiness - Headphone (0-1 yrs)
Hiring for a brand fueled by Music. A Headphone Retail Brand that sells some of the Finest Headphones for premium brands like Shure, Sennheiser, Audio-Technica, Edifier, Marshall, etc. and are renowned for their sound, design and style.
Customer Happiness Officer :

- Work independently, but in close collaboration with the team.
- Manage Customer's returns, warranty claims over email, chat, and phone.
- Ability to identify customer's needs and help them out
- Customer Satisfaction Reporting
