Officer - Corporate Sales - Hospitality (1-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Generate Leads
- Develop corporate data and Leads
- Start meeting clients in these corporate Hubs
- Planning and Driving Corporate Sales target
- Achieves the monthly/ yearly sales Target.
- Ensure good client relationship is maintained.
- Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel.
- Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
- Develop strong relationships with on property front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.
- Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
- Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time line to clients.
- Update and maintain customer information database on regular basis
- Making regular sales calls to travel agents and potential partners.
- Organize & participate in trade shows, industry events, seminars & conferences to build network & awareness for Hotel.
- Keeping track of customer feedback and getting client testimonials.
- Regular visits & presentations to Business Partners & maintain good relations.
- Maintain and provide regular reports in prescribed formats.
- Make sales calls with the objective of acquiring new and additional corporate accounts/clients and cash business
Salary : 4-8 LPA
