Officer - City Sales - BFSI (1-4 yrs)
We are seeking an ideal candidate who is a graduate with over 1 year of experience, preferably in the BFSI or Investment sector. Salaries for this role will vary based on location and current salary, with an average range of 2-4 LPA and above.
The responsibilities for this position include :
- Expanding and managing the advisor network.
- Coordinating effectively with team members and advisor.
- Planning and executing various sales promotional activities.
- Forecasting and planning for sales achievements.
- Maintaining and increasing the market share of key retailers in each town.
- Designing and implementing a sales plan for the area, focusing on engagement, new initiatives, and leading the execution of marketing programs within the city/area.
Requirement :
- Candidate must be Graduated.
- Minimum 1 to 4 year of experience in sales or BFSI sector.
- Local candidate preferred.
