Officer - CASA Sales - BFSI (1-3 yrs)

We are seeking a proactive CASA Sales Officer to expand our customer base for Current and Savings Accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Customer Acquisition : Identify and approach potential customers through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.

- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and offer tailored banking solutions.

- Cross-Selling : Introduce customers to additional banking products such as Fixed Deposits and Insurance to enhance their financial portfolio.

- Achieve Targets : Meet monthly targets for acquiring new CASA accounts and achieving cross-selling objectives.

Requirements :

- Education : High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

- Experience : Previous sales experience, ideally in banking or financial services.

- Skills : Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to meet sales targets.

- Knowledge : Basic understanding of banking products and services.
