Officer - CASA Sales - Banking (1-2 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Banking Sales Officer to join our CASA (Current Account, Savings Account) department. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling CASA products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development :
- Promote and sell CASA products to potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- [2] years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking sector.
- Certification in banking or finance will be an added advantage.
