Officer - CASA Sales - Bank (1-3 yrs)
- You will be essential in creating and putting into practice sales strategies, cultivating client connections, and enhancing team productivity. Your main duty as a field sales manager is to guide and oversee a group of field sales professionals as they work to hit sales goals and boost income.
Key Responsibilities :
- To find new prospects, analyze market trends and competition activity.
- Establish sales goals and constantly track development towards them.
- Establish and maintain a solid rapport with important clients.
- Recognize the demands of the consumer and offer specialized solutions that satisfy those needs.
- Respond to client concerns and guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
