Duties of a Sales Officer :
- Assist the sales manager in developing action plans and sales strategies, preparing and managing customer accounts, and providing new business prospects.
- Establish and manage systems for tracking and monitoring sales.
- Keep an eye on the processes utilised to wrap up customer business.
- Perform competition research, market analysis, and product appraisal.
- Propose, attend functions and trade shows, and promote goods.
- Establish and maintain relationships for cooperative selling
- Keeping sales reports, budgets, and predictions current
Maintain and regulate the sales inventory
Analyze and record performance and trends in sales.
