Officer - CASA Sales - Bank (0-5 yrs)
Position: Sales Officer - CASA
Location: PAN India
Objective : Providing support to branch profitability by selling bank product - CASA (Current Account & Saving Account) through different acquisition channels in the catchment area.
Key job responsibilities :
- Quality acquisition of CASA.
- Ensure quality sourcing of new customer
- Penetration of fixed deposit to existing & new customers
- Generate leads of customer through referral, meeting branch walk-ins customer, associates, e-mailing, direct mailing, ATM's & cold calls in the catchment area.
- Ensure quality customer service is delivered
- Meeting productivity norms as defined through support of channels & own efforts
- Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms compliance
- Adhere the norms, regulation & practices of banks religiously
Candidate specifications:
- Any graduate/ Post graduate
- 12Th pass also accepted if work experience of min 1 year in the banking sales of CASA
- 1 - 5 years- experience, in any direct selling, preferred from banks or brokerage Firms & any sales experience from other industries is also acceptable
- Strictly No Fresher's & No channel sales experience
- Preferred local candidates
- Fluency in the vernacular language and basic English communication is expected
- Age should be up to 30 yrs max
- Preferred male but female candidates can be looked at with sales experience
- TWO wheeler must with driver license is mandatory
