Officer - CASA Sales (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Manage Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) operations, including customer acquisition, account management, and compliance.
- Support team in achieving deposit growth targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Analyze performance metrics to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Assist in training and development of CASA team members.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in retail banking, with knowledge of CASA products and operations.
