Main Accountabilities :
- Responsible for New business generation/ development.
- Targeting and acquiring competitors customers.
- To take care of business development activities
- Meet new customers, give presentation, understand need and provide logistics solutions.
- Customer prospecting, submitting quotation, finalization of rates, follow-up with customers.
- Update Daily Sales Report and Generate MIS as per defined timelines.
- Customers data compilation
- Creating pipeline of new customers, cold calling, arranging appointment for meeting.
- Developing and managing new Key Accounts.
- Take care of concerns raised by key customers and help them with solution over email or phone.
- Preparing proposal and submission to prospective clients.
- Managing good relations with the customers
