Officer - Business Development - BFSI (1-3 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Acquire new Current and Savings accounts from the local area.
- Source Fixed Deposits (FDs) and Recurring Deposits (RDs).
- Activate new accounts, manage UPI accounts, and savings balances.
- Participate in branch activities and local events.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams.
- Conduct local marketing activities for lead generation.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Graduate or Post-Graduate.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
