Officer - Banking Sales (0-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :-
1) Generate new customer leads through various channels.
2) Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.
3) Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services.
4) Cross sell assets and fee products.
5) Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the bank.
6) Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement.
7) Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service.
8) Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made.
Eligibility Criteria :-
1) Graduate in any discipline
2) Less than 28 years of age
3) Driving License
