Officer - Bancassurance Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Job Description
The Bancassurance Officer works with bank employees to increase sales by promoting life insurance options to clients and selling insurance products through bank branches.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage and nature the relationship with channel partners to drive business targets
- Design and execute a sales plan to help the team gain maximum mindshare of the distributor, thus meeting targets and improving market share in the channel
- Review the team's progress against the plan and guide them to succeed and grow in their careers
- Create desired sales behavior in the team by using the digital sales management processes
- Ensure quality and persistence of the business.
Experience and Qualifications:
- A graduate degree is necessary.
- At least 2+ years of marketing or sales experience in Banking or insurance.
- Must have spent 3+ years or more as a native or local resident.
- Basic knowledge of how banks and insurance companies operate.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
