Officer/Assistant Manager - Sales - BFSI (0-1 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition : Attract new clients for savings and current accounts using various strategies.
- Open Accounts : Open savings and current accounts while highlighting their benefits to clients.
- Cross-Selling : Cross-sell banking products, particularly loans, based on client needs.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build positive relationships with clients, address inquiries, and provide support.
- Sales Targets : Achieve monthly sales goals to contribute to the bank's growth.
Requirements :
- Education : Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience : 3 months to 1 year (Newcomers welcome).
- Transportation : Must have a bike.
- Skills : Good communication skills.
