Officer/Assistant Manager - Sales - Banking (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Acquire new CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) customers through referrals, cold calls, and networking.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to increase retention and cross-sell other banking products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets as set by the bank.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Stay informed about market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Previous sales experience in banking or financial services, preferably with CASA products.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
