Officepulse - Key Account Manager (1-3 yrs)
As the Key Account Manager you will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
What You Will Do
1. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
2. Expand the existing relationship with customers by proposing solutions that meet their objective.
3. Upselling new categories, cross selling products based on customer needs.
4. Collaborate with operations team to maintain a healthy delivery pipeline and ensure timely delivery of customer requirements within the agreed SLA.
5. Resolve any issues faced by the customer; ensure redressal for complaints within shortest span of time.
What You Will Need :
1. 1-3yrs experience in sales/business development/ key account management
2. Understanding of E-commerce business model
3. Exceptional communication skills
4. Fast learner to grasp the existing categories at Officepulse.
5. Be well versed with & able to take initiative in a fast paced e-commerce start-up and a generalist do-what- it takes mind-set.
