Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the corporate gifting industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and target potential corporate clients for gifting solutions.

- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and networking.

- Present and promote the company's gifting products and services to clients.

- Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with the operations and creative teams to deliver quality solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the corporate gifting industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
