Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Lead Generation:

- Research and identify potential corporate clients and new business opportunities.

- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

- Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand client requirements and provide tailored gifting solutions that align with their brand and budget.

Sales & Negotiation:

- Present and pitch corporate gifting products and services to clients.

- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and close sales deals.

Collaboration & Coordination:

- Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, design, logistics) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

- Liaise with suppliers to ensure high-quality gifting options are available.

Reporting & Strategy:

- Track and report sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

- Collaborate with management to develop and execute sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in corporate gifting, FMCG, or B2B sales.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
