What you will do:
- Lead a small motivated team of customer support executives/managers by example by delivering top-notch customer service over Chat, Email & Calls.
- Track and improve key customer metrics - activation, conversion & retention on an ongoing basis.
- Empathize with all aspects relating to the customer and putting their needs first
- Collate user feedback, Identify and highlight common customer challenges with the product team and Sr. Management.
- Craft customer assets - onboarding, problem-solving working closely with the product team
- Help drive customer references and case studies
What you have:
- 4+ years of experience in customer success/support or account management in a SaaS or B2C serving global customers.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.
- Consistent track record of highly-professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
- Bachelor's Degree.
