Job Description
1. Cold Calling Making multiple outbound calls as per the daily quota to potential clients
2. Develop good understanding of products/solutions in offering for effective closures
3. Assess competitors by understanding & analyzing their products offering/pricing, for effective pitch
4. Research business directories, web searches or digital resources to generate potential leads
5. Qualifying leads in HOT, WARM, COLD bucket to ensure effective data capturing
6. Creating & Maintaining a list/database of prospect Clients in Excel and/or CRM tool
7. Understanding Client needs, offering/proposing best suited product or solutions
8. Coordinating with Inside Sales Lead/Manager on day to day work to record performance
9. Answer potential Client questions and follow-up questions to Close Sales on Winning Note
