Office Solution - Branding Manager (4-6 yrs)
Role Overview:
As a Brand Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our' brand. Working closely with our teams, you will be responsible for crafting comprehensive brand strategies that effectively position Our' products or services in the market. You will be a key driver in translating business goals into cohesive brand narratives that resonate with target audiences, building brand loyalty and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Discovery : Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand clients' businesses, target markets, competitive landscapes, and consumer behaviour. Utilize this insight to identify key brand differentiators and opportunities.
Brand Positioning : Develop unique and compelling brand positioning statements that align with clients' overall business objectives. Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Audience Segmentation : Identify and define target audiences, creating detailed audience personas to guide marketing efforts and communication strategies.
Brand Storytelling : Develop engaging brand stories that resonate with consumers on an emotional level. Craft narratives that communicate our clients' values, mission, and vision, inspiring long-lasting connections.
Integrated Campaigns : Collaborate with the creative and account teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that bring the brand strategy to life across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and experiential marketing.
Measurement and Analysis : Establish key performance indicators to evaluate the success of business re-brands. Analyse data and feedback to optimize and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Client Collaboration : Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and presenting strategic recommendations with confidence and clarity.
Requirements :
Proven Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Senior Brand Strategist within an advertising agency, start-up or a similar role, demonstrating a successful track record of developing and implementing brand strategies.
Creative Vision : A keen eye for creative excellence and the ability to think outside the box. Innovation and imagination are essential in this role.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and research abilities, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Collaborative Team Player : A team-oriented approach with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Industry Awareness : A deep understanding of advertising and marketing trends, keeping abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
