Shift Timings - 11am to 8pm
6 Days working, Wednesday fixed off
Office Coordinator Job Duties :
- Coordination with clients over the phone.
- Followup with clients after providing the quotation.
- Manages documentation
- Organizes relevant office events.
- Communicates and coordinates with staff for the purpose of execution of work and timely delivery to clients handling mails.
- Organizes & schedules client meetings
- Caters to Clients complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Keeps office clean and organised to promote an efficient working environment. handle the social media
