Offduty - Influencer Marketing Role (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to amplify brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and increase conversions.
- Identify and research relevant influencers across various social media platforms based on target audience, industry relevance, and brand alignment.
- Evaluate influencer partnerships and negotiate contracts, including compensation, deliverables, and exclusivity agreements.
- Manage relationships with influencers, ensuring clear communication, timely content delivery, and compliance with campaign guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and copywriters, to develop engaging and compelling influencer marketing content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing, and propose innovative ideas to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the consumer goods or digital marketing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully executing influencer marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and generate insights for campaign optimization.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative influencer marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and monitoring tools.
