Role - Inside Sales Team
Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate
Experience : 1+ Years
Day-to-day responsibilities :
- New customer acquisitions across multiple products like unsecured, secured, and semi-secured finance (preferably working capital/business loans)
- Collect relevant financial documents from the client for risk evaluation.
- Strong expertise in sales and operations.
- Business Development
- Tele-calling
- Solving Customer Queries
- Serving as representative of company in front of customers
- Handle Customer Queries at independent level along with inter-departmental coordination
What we look for :
- The candidate should have at least 1 years of experience in sales and operations.
- Basic understanding of working capital loans, business loans, letters of credit, bank guarantees, overdrafts, etc.
- Should be able to pitch financial products to businesses and handle backend operations as well.
- Exposure in banking and financial services industry
- Self-motivated and proactive individuals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Hunger to grow in the company and add value to the SMEs nationwide.
- Should be comfortable in a client-facing role.
- Should have passion to achieve allocated targets.
