Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Professional specializing in Steel to join our team in Ahmedabad & Kolkata . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the steel industry, excellent sales acumen, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales of Steel Products.

- Identify and target potential clients in the SME sector.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Understand client needs and provide solutions that align with their business goals.

- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the steel industry.

- Strong knowledge of steel flat sheets and their applications.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
